Learning Outcomes & Personal Post Mortem
Project Gameplay Video
Top two learning outcomes and results:

Playtesting of the Game
-
This one aspect of a Game Jam game that typically gets forgotten about, and this happened for us especially when it came to being able to play the game as one player.
-
One thing that I would of changed to ensure that this didn't happen is to plan better with the programming team to ensure that even as a multiplayer game our designers could play the game as one person.
-
Overall, this resulted in the team having not that much to test the game and how balanced it was. However, it was a great learning experience.

Communication Amongst Team Members
-
Due to the short time that we had in the game jam, one thing we did not have time for was iteration of assets, and features.
-
To ensure that every asset was added to the game and it was as polished a possible this required a large amount of communication between all disciplines.
-
As the Project Manager I worked with the team to spear head the communication pipeline that we would use throughout production.
-
This ensured that everyone on the team was up to date on the project status and design changes, so team members could accurately focus their time on all of the assets needed.
